"Transport College" is a four-day program, with each day focusing on 'Transportation 101' elements in California–planning, policy, engineering, and law.  Following the initial program, students are required to conduct independent research on any transportation issue related to their studies.  Upon successful completion of the initial four-day program and the student's research project, attendees are provided a certificate, and their research is published in the Journal of Transportation and the Triple-Bottom Line.
